Request: How-to activate, sell, or redeem gift cards at locations.


Gift Card Activation and Selling

  • Enter POS by typing in your code and clicking POS


  • Find and select Gift card Menu and Press Gift Card



  • Enter in the amount you want to add to the Gift Card, then press OK



  • Swipe the Gift Card through the credit card reader



  • The system will activate the card and state Gift Card Found. Card will be activated.
  • Press Accept to add the sale to the ticket, Press send to process the order.



  • Press ticket to go to the payment screen to pay for the ticket
    • NOTE: The Gift Card is NOT activated until paid for.
  • Select a payment method to pay for the Gift Card (and other items on the ticket).



  • Finalize the ticket after the payment is applied.
  • The system will print a slip from the receipt printer that shows the activation amount and the available balance on the gift card.  Give this slip to the customer as proof of purchase.





Gift Cards: Redeeming Funds

  • Ring up the desired items to be purchased on a ticket


  • Click the "Tickets" button to go to the Payment Screen.
  • Select Gift Card as the form of payment.



  • Swipe the Gift Card through the credit card reader. Notice the available balance is displayed.
  • Click "Accept"



  • Enter in the amount to redeem from the Gift Card.
  • Click OK



  • Finalize the ticket.
  • After the transaction is complete, a Gift Card receipt will print on the receipt printer indicating how much was redeemed in the current transaction as well as the balance remaining on the card.
  • Give this receipt to the customer.
