Symptom: Print Module is displaying Error 482



Step 1: Troubleshoot Printers

  • Ensure default printers are set
    • No default printers will cause the error
  • Check for and troubleshoot any printer status errors
  • Troubleshoot any shared printers for status errors
  • After all errors are resolved, restart print module and test print again.
  • If unresolved Proceed to step 2.

Step 2: Run Reset Tool

  • The tool is located usually on the desktop or the EZDine program directory\supportEXE folder.
  • Select Clear Error Status
  • Hit OK
  • Reload PrintMOD and print again.
