Symptom: Print Module is displaying Error 482
Step 1: Troubleshoot Printers
- Ensure default printers are set
- No default printers will cause the error
- Check for and troubleshoot any printer status errors
- Troubleshoot any shared printers for status errors
- After all errors are resolved, restart print module and test print again.
- If unresolved Proceed to step 2.
Step 2: Run Reset Tool
- The tool is located usually on the desktop or the EZDine program directory\supportEXE folder.
- Select Clear Error Status
- Hit OK
- Reload PrintMOD and print again.
