Symptom: Touchscreen stopped working. Does not respond to touch.
Step 1: Disconnect/re-connect USB at the monitor side

Step 2: Connect to a different port on tower/box
- Test
Step 3: Perform calibration KB: Calibration of the Touch Monitor
- Test
Step 4: Navigate the POS terminal to the Windows desk and locate the Touch Screen utility
- If "None" are listed, click "Add."
- System will likely locate the touch controller on a COM port and will you to select this
- Once in the touch utility, after selecting the found controller, go to Tools > Calibrate and redo Step 3
- For customer facing display locations: If the calibration screen is displayed on the CFD screen try Monitor Mapping - eGalax Utility > Monitor Mapping > Have the user touch the touch panel, let secondary screen skip the touch input since not a touch screen. Do Clear & Calibrate, test
