Screen Brightness on FEC POS Monitors Print

Symptom: Brightness level on their POS has changed.

Determine if If the monitor is an FEC

Step 1: FEC monitor?, have them hold down the up/down arrows in the bottom right corner of the screen to change brightness accordingly.

It will take a few seconds before it starts to change, be sure they are holding it down
