Symptom: Caller having issues connecting to Mercury
Step 1: First Checks
- Check to make sure:
- Server is online
- There is internet connectivity
- DNS settings are correct
- If all successful, Refer location to Mercury to see if server is down.
Step 2: Troubleshoot PCCW file
- Location
- Program Files
- Active
- Change Directory
- Name copy: PCCW_Backup_MMDDYY {Enter the date}
- Close PCCharge
- Reopen PCCharge
- Add new passwords
- Update PCCharge password text file on desktop
