Customer Display is not showing: Subtotal, Tax, and Tendered Total Print

Symptom: If the Customer facing displays are not showing subtotal/tax etc it is just blank

Step 1: Ensure correct resolution

Ensure the resolutions for the Customer Front Display is set to 800 x 600
