Symptom: Site needs to change Credit Card processing information due to a change of ownership or other reason.
Step 1: Refer to Sales
- NOTE: We cannot input info relayed over the phone
- When switching Credit card info, we need to ask them to have a VAR sheet sent from the processor that includes all the information we need to switch.
- Email: Sales@ezsoftpos.com
- Escalate the ticket to Sales.
