Symptom: Items in menu are charging a surcharge
Step 1: Modify Surcharge on Menu Items
- Navigate Admin > Menu Items
- Select the category > Sub category of the item
- Locate the item
- Ensure "Is Service Charge" is enabled or disabled as needed
