Symptom: Location is wishing to disable online orders for a certain date/holiday

Step 1: Set restricted hours

  • Navigate to EzDine Online Admin Site.
  • Log in with your account for this site
  • Locate the company and click on the View option



  • On the stores panel, click on Edit



  • Choose the Restricted dates tab and click on + Add Date


  • Set the following
    • Name
    • Date    

  • Click Create

Step 2: Setting Recurring Date Events

  • Navigate to Restricted Dates from the Step 1.
  • Ensure that the Recurring Date toggle is enabled
