In this article, you will learn how to manage the EZ Dine Legacy Idle Timeouts
Change Idle Time out settings
- Navigate Admin > Settings > This POS
- Update the settings
- POS Idle Time out - this manages the timeframe before the POS logs out the user if no actions are performed.
- Ensure:
- CHECKED - Enabled
- UNCHECKED - Disabled
- Time - How Many Seconds before action is performed
- Ensure:
- Clock Ticket Idle Timeout - this manages the timeframe before the POS logs out the user if no actions are performed after a ticket close.
- Ensure:
- CHECKED - Enabled
- UNCHECKED - Disabled
- Time - How Many Seconds before action is performed
- Ensure:
- POS Idle Time out - this manages the timeframe before the POS logs out the user if no actions are performed.
- Click Save
- Click Done
- Click Done
