In this article, you will learn how to manage the EZ Dine Legacy Idle Timeouts


Change Idle Time out settings

  1. Navigate Admin > Settings > This POS
  2. Update the settings
    • POS Idle Time out - this manages the timeframe before the POS logs out the user if no actions are performed.
      • Ensure:
        • CHECKED - Enabled
        • UNCHECKED - Disabled
        • Time - How Many Seconds before action is performed
    • Clock Ticket Idle Timeout - this manages the timeframe before the POS logs out the user if no actions are performed after a ticket close.
      • Ensure:
        • CHECKED - Enabled
        • UNCHECKED - Disabled
        • Time - How Many Seconds before action is performed
  3. Click Save
  4. Click Done
  5. Click Done
